Step One: Register with us! We work with new home buyers ANYWHERE in Michigan and Washington!

Once you've registered, a licensed real estate agent will contact you via phone, text, or email to go over any questions you may have. We will go over the process and what to expect when you visit a new home community. We will issue you a Client Registration Card. Our team will be here to assist you during every step of this process to ensure all of the paperwork and contracts are in place.

Step Two: Start searching for your New Home!

Register us as your real estate agent and present your client registration card to the sales counselor with every builders you visit, even if you may not buy from them. This is an important step in earning the new home rebate! We will work with the builders' sales team to ensure the proper documentation is in place and that all rebates are written into your contract. We will make an offer and negotiate the best price for you. We’ll also make sure you still receive any special promotions, discounts, free options, or upgrades the builder is currently offering.

Step Three: Get 2.25% (up to 75% of our commission) Cash Back at closing!

Use this money credit towards your closing costs, pre-paids, buy-down your interest rate, HOA fees, builder's upgrades & options, lot premiums, etc.
